30 Day Clean Eating Bootcamp

The 30 Day Clean Eating Bootcamp is a csutomized meal plan with recipes and shopping lists provided that way everyone can plan and be prepared ahead of time without having the hassle of not knowing what to eat to get their weight loss goal. It is a 5 meal a day plan, made for maximum results, this is no diet, it is in fact real food. The next one starts on July 15th, last day for enrollment will be July 8th. Ultimate Reset

I am really amazed at the results of a friend of mine who just completed the Beachbody Ultimate Reset, it consists of an internal clean that lasts 21 days, don't get scared, you will not be starving for 21 days!! it's the opposite way, you will in fact eat real food and take some supplements that come with the kit for the 21 days.

I'm thinking on doing it sometime soon :)

It's Not Easy

Some days are simply not easy, they can be overwhelming between the house chores, this kids, the workouts, work, the stress, you name it....but there is always a moment you choose for yourself and I just found my little moment of the day, there is nothing that a good song can't cure, this is where my mind is now.

P90X/Insanity Hybrid

Since I finished the 60 days of Insanity last week, I decided to do a P90X/Insanity Hybrid starting this week (once you start doing these workouts, you discover you get addicted to them and you want to continue doing them, you finish one and you want more...if you ever do them you'll see what I'm talking about.)

I started with Chest & Back on Monday, it was okay however I felt lost, I wasn't dripping in sweat like before, I was okay during the whole workout, I was not begging for it to be over at any moment, I felt I was in control but I must admit that I think I built a LOVE relantionship with Insanity, the 2nd day I did Plyometric Cardio Circuit because that's what the schedule said, and I felt AMAZING, I felt at home, lol...I was again dripping in sweat, feeling the pain, feeling the struggle, feeling my heart wanting to come out of my chest, adrenaline flowing through my veins, I just loved it and I did day 3 today, Cardio Power & Resistance and loved it again, as a matter of fact I've found that this round feels better because my resistance has improved, I am able to go through the whole workout at the same pace of the DVD.



So from now on, I will continue with Insanity at my own discretion and maybe switch 1 day for a P90X session that way I can get some weight training.

Pre and Post Workout Snacks

Easy ideas for pre and post workout, as you know before you workout you will need energy fuel so you can perform at your best, and post workout you need recovery for your sore muscles, so they heal properly and you can feel AMAZING!

15 - 25 minutes before working out you can try:

*Dark Chocolate
*Banana
*Raisins
*Greek Yogurt
*Almonds













Post Workout:

*Protein Shake (Shakeology is wonderful)
*Tuna on a salad or on whole grain toast 
*Turkey on a salad or on whole grain toast
*Egg Whites scrambled, omelette, or hard boiled.
*Peanut Butter Spread on a loaf of Wheat or whole grain breads you can use fresh strawberries as a topping, its YUMMY.



Remember to always drink your water, at least 2 litters a day, this will help you flush the toxins and hydrate your body so you star fresh and radiant.
