P90X/Insanity Hybrid

Since I finished the 60 days of Insanity last week, I decided to do a P90X/Insanity Hybrid starting this week (once you start doing these workouts, you discover you get addicted to them and you want to continue doing them, you finish one and you want more...if you ever do them you'll see what I'm talking about.)

I started with Chest & Back on Monday, it was okay however I felt lost, I wasn't dripping in sweat like before, I was okay during the whole workout, I was not begging for it to be over at any moment, I felt I was in control but I must admit that I think I built a LOVE relantionship with Insanity, the 2nd day I did Plyometric Cardio Circuit because that's what the schedule said, and I felt AMAZING, I felt at home, lol...I was again dripping in sweat, feeling the pain, feeling the struggle, feeling my heart wanting to come out of my chest, adrenaline flowing through my veins, I just loved it and I did day 3 today, Cardio Power & Resistance and loved it again, as a matter of fact I've found that this round feels better because my resistance has improved, I am able to go through the whole workout at the same pace of the DVD.



So from now on, I will continue with Insanity at my own discretion and maybe switch 1 day for a P90X session that way I can get some weight training.
