Pre and Post Workout Snacks

Easy ideas for pre and post workout, as you know before you workout you will need energy fuel so you can perform at your best, and post workout you need recovery for your sore muscles, so they heal properly and you can feel AMAZING!

15 - 25 minutes before working out you can try:

*Dark Chocolate
*Banana
*Raisins
*Greek Yogurt
*Almonds













Post Workout:

*Protein Shake (Shakeology is wonderful)
*Tuna on a salad or on whole grain toast 
*Turkey on a salad or on whole grain toast
*Egg Whites scrambled, omelette, or hard boiled.
*Peanut Butter Spread on a loaf of Wheat or whole grain breads you can use fresh strawberries as a topping, its YUMMY.



Remember to always drink your water, at least 2 litters a day, this will help you flush the toxins and hydrate your body so you star fresh and radiant.
